Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup Suji(Rawa)


  • 1/3 cup sour curd


  • 2 tbs chana dal


  • 2 tbs udad dal


  • 5 to 7 currypatta leaves


  • 1 tbs mustard seeds


  • 1 tbs cumin


  • 1tsp hing


  • 1 sachet Eno


  • 2 cup water

Directions

  • In a wok take 1 tbs oil add mustard, cumin, curryleaves and hing. Then add chana dal nd udad dal and roast on medium flame
  • When mustard starts spluttering add suji and roast for few minutes on medium flame
  • Empty prepared suji in a vessel nd bring it to room temperature. Then add curd and mix.
  • Slowly add required water till it becomes little thick. Set aside for 15 minutes then add Eno nd fold gently.
  • Oil the idli plate pour batter nd steam for 15 minutes. Yummy Rawa idli is ready to serve
  • For chutney
  • Soak chana dal for an hour. Drain nd roast till crisp. Put in the blender. Add 5 small piece of coconut nd 2 tbs curd. Add little water nd grind.
  • In a pan take little oil. Add mustard nd whole red chillies nd curry leaves. When it starts crackling pour on the chutney nd mix
