In a wok take 1 tbs oil add mustard, cumin, curryleaves and hing. Then add chana dal nd udad dal and roast on medium flame
When mustard starts spluttering add suji and roast for few minutes on medium flame
Empty prepared suji in a vessel nd bring it to room temperature. Then add curd and mix.
Slowly add required water till it becomes little thick. Set aside for 15 minutes then add Eno nd fold gently.
Oil the idli plate pour batter nd steam for 15 minutes. Yummy Rawa idli is ready to serve
For chutney
Soak chana dal for an hour. Drain nd roast till crisp. Put in the blender. Add 5 small piece of coconut nd 2 tbs curd. Add little water nd grind.
In a pan take little oil. Add mustard nd whole red chillies nd curry leaves. When it starts crackling pour on the chutney nd mix
